Topic: need help with dns setting

hi everyone

i'm running chillispot with freeRadius in centos

and when i run chillispot and try to test it from a client pc it doesn't direct me to my hotspot page

and just when i try an ip address it direct me to it .

so i think the problem is with the dns settings .

so i want to know do  chillispot have it own (default) dns setting or do i have to assign the dns servers by my own
because i used the openDNS and it still didn't work

please i really wants help with this as soon as possible .

Re: need help with dns setting

Are you sure that you have this 2 line in your chilli.conf ?

dns1 208.67.222.222
dns2 208.67.220.220

These two adresses are the ones of openDNS.

And yes you need to assign DNS Server (as I know there isn't any default conf for this)

Re: need help with dns setting
